Day 10 - Need to come at this from a different angle

I am tired and run down all the time. I can't seem to get enough sleep. And I feel guilty for not exercising. I did do 30 minutes on the elliptical last night after work. And then proceeded to eat a ton of crap. Well, enough that I felt ill afterwards. I slept like crap last night. Could NOT motivate myself to get up and workout this morning. Ended up making poor food choices today (though they did include sushi and veggie chips, so not the worst either.) I'm PMSing which means that I'm having intense sever middle back pain. After a few days this will move down to my lower back, and then TOM will be here. So I'm feeling extra crampy and in pain and generally BLAH.

Have you heard enough excuses yet? Me too.

So I am going to try something else. I'm letting the exercise go for now. I'm going to concentrate on healthy eating. Period. When I get that under control, then I'll start working on adding exercise back in. But I think I need to just focus on one thing at a time. I need to get my water intake up, and I'll work on that at some point too. But not now. I'm just going to focus on Healthy Eating.

I can do this!!

Elizabeth, I'm going to get back to the MyFitnessPal thing. I was using Bodybugg but since I'm not tracking my calories burned right now, it's not optimal.
