30 Day Mini-Challenge - Day 2

Weight: 224.6 (lost 2.2 lbs)

Yesterday I did 20 minutes on the elliptical in the morning. I was going to do another 20 when I got home last night, but work kicked my butt and I got home about 2 hours later than usual. So I said screw it and went to bed instead.

Food was good:
Atkins protein shake for breakfast
South Beach protein snack bar
Atkins protein shake for lunch
Missed afternoon snack
Dinner was a sandwich made with whole grain bread, a slice of smoked ham, a slice of colby jack cheese, lettuce, tomato, pickles and red onion (it was AWESOME!!) However, I was still starving so I had a banana. And a small bowl of pasta.

I didn't work out this morning. I was tired and slept in. I sorta feel bad, but since I'm going to be on my feet moving boxes at work all day, I decided to stop feeling bad and start feeling awesome! (ok, that was a bit of a Barneyism. That's How I Met Your Mother's Barney, not the large purple dinosaur. Though I do love you.)
