So here's the deal: I am determined to get this weight off. Goal: Lose 100 lbs by my 42nd birthday. That is in approximately 30 weeks from when I started. That is 3 pounds and a smidge per week. That's a little higher than the 1-2 lbs per week recommended by whoever it is that makes those kinds of recommendations. But screw them, I'm going for it. Dear Lord, I would love to be at goal weight by 42. So I'm giving it everything I've got for the next 7 months. Focus is what usually kills me. I get distracted (squirrel) and completely lose sight of my goals. If I can make it through the impending Holiday Season than I'm totally golden. I'd love nothing more than to have my ass back in to a single digit size pair of jeans by Christmas. Santa, that is ALL I want. Well, and Brendan Fraser. But that's a given.

Tomorrow I start wearing my BodyBugg daily (it's a-chargin' today.) I own and adore my Sketcher's Shape-ups, but I can only wear them every other day at most. My knees have issues if I wear them more often (and God knows I do not need my knees having issues.) Once my BodyBugg is back into play, I'll be posting/tracking my calories in/out and how I'm doing in deficitland. Which is the key to any and all weightloss.

Here's goes everything!!
