Two for two!

Time: 45 minutes
Distance: 1.85 miles
Speed: 2.5 mph
Incline: 2
Equipment: treadmill

Today was the kids' first day of school, so I rescheduled my morning workout to my afternoon workout. And I totally worked it out! Yay!

Tomorrow morning, though, it's back to my "regularly scheduled workouting".

The plan is this:

Sunday - Thursday -- 45 minutes on treadmill
Friday -- rest
Saturday -- physical activity with kids

I know that I need to add some strength training in there. For now, I'm just going to use 2 lb handweights while I'm walking. That's about all the strength I can muster right now.

On the food front:

Fruit and veggies, baby! I had a big bowl of berries for breakfast. After school, I took the little kids to Chevy's for a first day of school debriefing and a late lunch/early dinner. I had a Santa Fe Chopped Salad (and a margarita - hey, it's $3 Margarita Wednesday!)

I'm all set for fruit and salad tomorrow!
