The weekend has been a blur of hot dogs, chips, ice cream and Eggo waffles. Oh, and no exercise.
Awesome!
Today I was totally committed to getting back on track.
And then I ate a whole box of cheese crackers from the dollar store. And they tasted exactly like cheese crackers from the dollar store. BLECK. Yet, I still ate the whole box. Because that's the level of commitment I bring to the table.
And then there were Mike n' Ikes from the candy machine at work. Oh yeah, we have one.
For my grande finale, I drove through Jack in the Box for the 3 for $3 - jr. bacon cheeseburger, onion rings and mini-churros.
I will probably go to bed in a little while and die.
Let's not even talk about the weight here. I'm totally taking a bye-week!
I have to wear a bathing suit this coming Sunday. If I'm not careful, it's not going to fit anymore. And remember, it's made of super stretchy spandex. And it might not fit. Oh. Dear!!
I wore my size 8 jeans on Sunday. Perfect fit, no muffin top. I can not say that today. :(
Tomorrow I will resume. Fruit, salads and exercise. Period. I owe it to myself. And my jeans!

It can be a good idea to schedule treats when you're on a diet, so you don't get desperate... If you know you're getting a McFlurry or something every Sunday, it's easier to resist the temptations.
