Day 16

Today was just sort of a blah day. I woke up feeling blah. The weather was blah. Everything just feels grey and out of sorts. A big, fat BLAH.

Today's stats:

Breakfast: cherries

Mid-morning snack: cashews

Lunch: a veggie heavy lettuce mix, avocado, lime juice, red onions and a roma tomato

Mid-afternoon snack: banana

Dinner: banana

According to The Daily Plate, my nutritional stats are:

Calories: 991
Carbs: 55.88%
Fat: 36.4%
Protein: 7.72%

The cashews were eaten in a fit of anger and frustration at work today. Totally non-food related, and yet that's where I automatically go. I need to figure out how to let out that steam when I'm chained to a desk and don't have the luxury of walking it out.

Good news is: the cashews are GONE! Please let no one ever bring in another can ever again!

Exercise stats:

Elliptical: 45 minutes p.m.
Sunshine therapy: there was no sunshine to be had on this dreary dreary day
Calories burned: 517

I believe tomorrow is supposed to be more clouds, grey and rain. Blah.
